Drama and Movement Therapy is a form of psychological therapy that specialises in using the body and the imagination as part of the healing process. My practice has developed to be psychodynamically informed while working through the body, play and imagination where appropriate.
This is particularly useful for people who might find talking therapy difficult. This approach can be helpful for both adults and children both in groups and one to one and can help with a wide range of difficulties inluding;
Difficulties related to Autism
Difficulties related to disability
Helping to develop social skills
Conflicting thoughts and feelings
