Arts Therapy is a form of psychological therapy that specialises in using bodily expression, creativity and the imagination as part of the healing process. Arts therapists do not rely on words so much.

 

This can be particularly useful for people who might find talking therapy difficult. it can be helpful for adults and children both in groups and one to one and can help with a wide range of difficulties inluding;
